If you missed out on ordering a Standard Range RWD Model Y and missed out on inventory vehicle, the demo cars are not listed as NEW INVENTORY on Tesla’s website.
Demo vehicles are cars that were used at Tesla showrooms for test drives. They do some have some mileage on them. Although they were used as test drive vehicles, they are considered NEW and would qualify for all federal and state tax incentives. They are usually discounted anywhere up to just under $2,000 depending on the mileage and any wear.
